Eagles View Lodge is a beautiful Smoky Mountain genuine Log Cabin (there is no sheetrock here) with absolutely everything you need to take full advantage of your precious vacation time including a breathtaking panoramic view (its called “Eagles View” for good reason), Appalachian style ambiance, Game Room, unique Architecture, soaring 3-level Cathedral Ceiling with exposed rafters and beams, and lots of windows. The Cabin sits up on a hill with a paved driveway for privacy from the road. Enjoy your spectacular view from the large single level Back Deck with its Hot Tub, Wrought Iron Table Set, Rocking Chairs, and Gas Grill. One guest described sitting in the Hot Tub on the Back Deck like being in a nest in a tree with the world below (we get many repeat guests). Enjoy the two private King Bedrooms (one adjacent to the Living Area and one on the second floor with its own private balcony), and the large third level Loft Bedroom (accessible by solid fixed ladder). Children and young adults love their own private Loft space (with its own TV, double bed and trundle bed). This looks down on the Game Room (with pool/air hockey table) and Living Area below. The comfortable Living Room is open to the spacious Dining Area and Kitchen. It opens to the Back Deck via French Roors, has a Wood Stairway to the second level, a Massive Stone Wood Burning Fireplace, the view out of the expansive back windows and a 40 inch Plasma TV. This cabin comes with a flat spacious Side Yard with a Picnic Table and Swing/Play Set for the private use of our guests. It is conveniently located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. There just aren’t any others quite like this one with its true Appalachian Log Cabin style, wonderful Architecture, terrific View and private Side Yard.
